Hi! I’m Lesley Samulak, a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Specialist. I educate and teach clients how to heal their body after a c-section for improved recovery outcomes.

Mothers around the world experience cesarean deliveries, yet post-surgical rehabilitation services are not a standard part of care. As a mom, who had three c-sections, I personally understand the difficulties of trying to navigate postpartum rehab alone. As a result, I developed this program because I saw a significant lack of information regarding strategies and exercises specific to c-section recovery.
